- whole fresh mushrooms, washed well and halved - 1 pkg
- to 4 medium onions, quartered - 3 item
- Polish kielbasa, cut into 1-inch pieces - 1 pkg
- salt - 1 item
- pepper - 1 item
- garlic salt - 1 item
- water - 1 item
How to make cajun cabbage:
Place a layer of cabbage in the bottom of a large stockpot (or crock-pot). Next, add a layer of mushrooms, then onions and finally a layer of the kielbasa. Season. Repeat layering process, seasoning between each layer. Cover with water. Place lid on the pot and cook until tender.Recipe categories: Main dish, Ground beef, One Dish meal.
