Ingredients/Components
- garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
- sage - 1/8 tsp
- margarine, melted - 4 Tbsp
- oregano - 1/8 tsp
- white pepper - 1/2 tsp
- black pepper - 1/2 tsp
- cayenne pepper - 1/2 tsp
- thyme - 1/8 tsp
- onion powder - 1/2 tsp
- fish fillets - 4 item
How to make cajun blackened fish:
Spread melted margarine over fillets. Combine all spices and mix well. Rub spices into fish. Heat cast-iron skillet until very hot; watch carefully.
