Caesar salad dressing
Ingredients/Components
- egg - 1 item
- dash of salt - 1 item
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- salad oil - 1/2 c
- dry mustard - 1/2 tsp
- grated Parmesan cheese - 2 Tbsp
- clove garlic - 1 item
- croutons - 1 c
- ground pepper - 1/2 tsp
- Worcestershire - 1 tsp
- crumbled Blue cheese - 1/4 c
- head romaine lettuce - 1 item
- anchovy fillets can use anchovy paste - 6 item
How to make caesar salad dressing:
Crush garlic and combine with oil. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Add to this, salt, mustard, pepper, Worcestershire, lemon and anchovies. Refrigerate. Boil egg.Toss dressing over lettuce. Sprinkle cheese on top with diced eggs.
