Ingredients/Components
- egg yolks, cooked soft - 1 item
- to 7 dashes Worcestershire sauce - 6 item
- Dijon mustard - 1/2 tsp
- horseradish - 1/4 tsp
- to 5 drops Tabasco sauce - 4 item
- sugar - 1/4 tsp
- cloves crushed garlic - 2 item
- dash of anchovy paste - 1 item
- red wine vinegar - 1/8 c
- olive oil - 1/4 c
- Greens:1 head romaine lettuce, torn up
- lemon juice - 1/2 tsp
How to make caesar salad:
Mix together and set aside in refrigerator.Greens:1 head romaine lettuce, torn up1/2 tsp. lemon juice Toss together; add dressing and toss again. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese to taste (fresh grated is best). Add herb croutons if desired. Makes 6 dinner salads or 4 side salads.Recipe categories: < 15 mins, Time to make, 3 steps or less.
