Ingredients/Components
- olive oil - 1/2 c
- cloves garlic - 2 item
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- white pepper - 1/8 tsp
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- dash of salt - 1 item
- Worcestershire sauce - 1/2 tsp
- wine vinegar - 1/2 Tbsp
- Dijon mustard - 1/2 Tbsp
- anchovy paste - 1/2 tsp
- egg, boiled 1 minute - 1 item
- dash of hot sauce - 1 item
- large head romaine - 1 item
- Parmesan cheese - 1 item
- unseasoned croutons - 1 item
How to make caesar salad:
Combine first 12 ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth. Wash, tear and dry romaine and chill. Place romaine in large salad bowl and mix with dressing. Add Parmesan cheese and croutons to taste. Makes 4 servings.Menu Suggestion: Serve with shrimp scampi.
