Caesar pasta salad
Ingredients/Components
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/3 c
- diced tomato - 1/2 c
- fresh parsley, chopped - 1 item
- lemon juiced - 1/2 item
- broccoli flowerets, blanched - 1 c
- fusilli - 8 oz
- cauliflower flowerets, blanched - 1 c
- diced cucumbers 1/2-inch - 1/2 c
- diced red bell pepper 1/2-inch - 1/2 c
- creamy Caesar salad dressing - 1 c
How to make caesar pasta salad:
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and cool. Add broccoli, cauliflower, cucumber, tomato and red pepper. Toss salad with Caesar salad dressing and Parmesan cheese. Chill. To serve, squeeze lemon juice over salad; garnish with fresh parsley. Serves 4 to 6.Recipe categories: Salads, Pasta, Lettuces.
