Caesar dressing
Ingredients/Components
- egg yolk - 1 item
- wine vinegar - 1/8 c
- olive oil - 1/2 c
- or 3 garlic cloves, minced - 2 item
- juice of 1 small lemon
- Grey Poupon - 1 tsp
- tube anchovy paste - 1/3 item
- squirts Worcestershire sauce - 2 item
How to make caesar dressing:
Put all ingredients in food processor or blender and mix together. After blended, pour on top of 1 1/2 to 2 heads of fresh crisp romaine lettuce.For best results, add some Parmesan cheese and Caesar croutons. (Wait until time to serve before putting dressing on.)
