Ingredients/Components

• lemon juice - 1/4 c
• medium onion, chopped - 1 item
• Jack cheese, grated - 1 c
• pinch salt - 1 item
• to 5 tomatoes, chopped - 4 item
• jars cactus, diced, rinsed and drained - 2 item
• can Ortega chiles, chopped - 1 item
• handful cilantro, chopped fine - 1 item

How to make cactus salad:

Mix well. Chill. Serve. Serves 10.
