- sour cream - 1/2 pt
- salt
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- tomato juice - 1 c
- head cabbage - 1/2 item
How to make cabbage tomato soup:
Shred cabbage. Add enough water to cover. Add salt. Cook until tender. Add sour cream gradually to flour. Add to cabbage along with the tomato juice. Bring to a boil. Serve.Recipe categories: Low protein, Vegetables, Soups & stews.
