- salt - 1 item
- flour - 1/4 c
- oil - 1/4 c
- potatoes - 3 item
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- chopped parsley - 1 item
- beef stock
- sausages - 2 item
- head small white cabbage - 1/2 item
How to make cabbage soup with sausage:
Chop cabbage and onion and fry in 1/2 of the oil. When cabbage turns yellow, sprinkle with flour, add remainder of oil and simmer for a few minutes. Dilute with stock; season with salt.
