  • flour - 1/4 c
  • oil - 1/4 c
  • potatoes - 3 item
  • onion, chopped - 1 item
  • chopped parsley - 1 item
  • beef stock
  • sausages - 2 item
  • head small white cabbage - 1/2 item

How to make cabbage soup with sausage:

Chop cabbage and onion and fry in 1/2 of the oil. When cabbage turns yellow, sprinkle with flour, add remainder of oil and simmer for a few minutes. Dilute with stock; season with salt. Add cubed potatoes and sliced sausage and boil for approximately 20 minutes. Add chopped parsley before serving.
