Ingredients/Components

  • garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
  • garlic salt - 1/2 tsp
  • ground meat - 1 lb
  • black pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • beef bouillon cubes - 4 item
  • can diced tomatoes - 1 oz
  • celery flakes - 2 bibs,
  • tomato can water - 1 item
  • can red beans, undrained - 1 oz
  • head medium cabbage, chopped fine - 1/2 item

How to make cabbage soup:

Saute beef until all pink is gone. Drain. Adjust all seasoning to taste. Mix all ingredients in a 4-quart pot. Bring to a boil, cover and simmer for 1 hour. Makes 3-quarts of soup.
