Cabbage soup
Ingredients/Components
- garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
- garlic salt - 1/2 tsp
- ground meat - 1 lb
- black pepper - 1/4 tsp
- beef bouillon cubes - 4 item
- can diced tomatoes - 1 oz
- celery flakes - 2 bibs,
- tomato can water - 1 item
- can red beans, undrained - 1 oz
- head medium cabbage, chopped fine - 1/2 item
How to make cabbage soup:
Saute beef until all pink is gone. Drain. Adjust all seasoning to taste. Mix all ingredients in a 4-quart pot. Bring to a boil, cover and simmer for 1 hour. Makes 3-quarts of soup.Recipe categories: American, Vegetables, Soups & stews.
