Ingredients/Components
- chopped beef - 3 lb
- chopped celery - 1 c
- cans kidney beans - 2 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- large onion, chopped - 1 item
- cans stewed tomatoes - 2 item
- head cabbage, quartered - 1 item
How to make cabbage soup:
One can of tomatoes may be substituted for 1 can Ro-Tel if like it spicy.Boil chopped beef until tender. Add onions and celery. Boil 10 minutes longer. Add tomatoes and beans. Cook 30 minutes longer. Add cabbage, cook until cabbage is tender, about 20 minutes.
