Cabbage salad
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/4 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- sesame seed - 1/4 c
- olive oil - 1/2 c
- green onions - 3 item
- slivered almonds - 1/4 c
- Accent - 1/2 tsp
- large head cabbage - 1 item
- Ramen noodles - 1 pkg
- rice wine vinegar
How to make cabbage salad:
Dressing:1/2 c. rice wine vinegar1/2 c. olive oil1/4 c. sugar1/2 tsp. salt1/2 tsp. Accent Toast almonds and sesame seed for 10 minutes at 300°. Crush Ramen noodles before opening package. Chop cabbage and green onions. Add noodles, almonds and sesame seed.Mix dressing ingredients and pour over salad. Toss well. Chill for 1 hour before serving.
