How to make cabbage salad:
Shred cabbage and small onion (you may add carrots and green pepper). Mix cabbage and vegetables well; sprinkle with salt. Mix good. Take oil, sugar and vinegar; bring to a boil. Pour over cabbage, but don't mix. Let cool. Cover with Saran Wrap and refrigerate overnight. Can be made 2 days ahead.Recipe categories: Salads, Vegetables, Chinese.
