Ingredients/Components
- egg - 1 item
- onion - 1 item
- celery - 1 item
- ground chuck - 3 lb
- sauerkraut - 1 item
- pork - 1 lb
- rice, cooked 3 minutes - 1 lb
- heads cabbage, scaled cabbage leaves - 3 item
- cans tomato juice large - 2 item
How to make cabbage rolls:
Fry onion and celery in oil. Rinse rice and boil 1 minute. Combine chuck and pork. Add egg and celery mixture. Season with salt, pepper and garlic. Place meat mixture in cooled cabbage leaf and roll. Cover with tomato juice and sauerkraut. Bake at 300° for 3 hours in large roasting pan.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Pork.
