Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- chopped onion - 1 item
- ground beef - 1 lb
- salt and pepper - 1 tsp
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- can water - 1 item
- Minute rice - 4 Tbsp
- lightly cooked cabbage - 4 5
How to make cabbage roll casserole:
Brown ground beef, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce and onion; drain. Add Minute rice, tomato soup and water. Place cabbage in bottom of casserole dish. Top with meat mixture. Bake in 325° oven for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Add grated cheese on top the last 1/2 hour of baking.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Lactose Free.
