  • vinegar - 2 Tbsp
  • garlic powder - 1 tsp
  • chili powder - 1 Tbsp
  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • can tomato paste - 1 oz
  • shredded cabbage - 10 c
  • large onion, chopped - 1 item
  • bulk pork sausage - 1 lb
  • can tomatoes, chopped with liquid reserved - 1 oz

How to make cabbage goulash:

In a large kettle, brown sausage, beef and onion. Drain off any fat. Add remaining ingredients, except cabbage; mix well. Stir in cabbage and simmer, 15 to 20 minutes or until cabbage is tender. Serves 8.
