Ingredients/Components

  • vinegar - 2 Tbsp
  • garlic powder - 1 tsp
  • chili powder - 1 Tbsp
  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • can tomato paste - 1 item
  • large onion, chopped - 1 item
  • cabbage, shredded - 10 c
  • bulk pork sausage - 1 lb
  • can tomatoes, chopped save liquid - 1 oz

How to make cabbage goulash:

In a large kettle, brown sausage, beef and onions; drain off fat. Add remaining ingredients (except cabbage); mix well. Stir in cabbage. Simmer 20 minutes or until cabbage is tender.

This smells so good simmering on a stove on a cold, wintery day.
