Cabbage goulash
Ingredients/Components
- vinegar - 2 Tbsp
- garlic powder - 1 tsp
- chili powder - 1 Tbsp
- ground beef - 1 lb
- can tomato paste - 1 item
- large onion, chopped - 1 item
- cabbage, shredded - 10 c
- bulk pork sausage - 1 lb
- can tomatoes, chopped save liquid - 1 oz
How to make cabbage goulash:
In a large kettle, brown sausage, beef and onions; drain off fat. Add remaining ingredients (except cabbage); mix well. Stir in cabbage. Simmer 20 minutes or until cabbage is tender.This smells so good simmering on a stove on a cold, wintery day.
