Cabbage casserole



  • shredded Cheddar cheese
  • stick melted butter or margarine - 1 item
  • sleeve Ritz crackers - 3/4 item
  • cream of celery soup undiluted - 1 item
  • medium head cabbage, chopped, cooked and drained - 1 item

How to make cabbage casserole:

Step 1: Cook cabbage 5 to 6 minutes. Do not overcook. Drain.

Step 2: Place cabbage on bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan. Add soup and cover with cheese. Crumble crackers on top. Pour melted butter on top. Bake at 350° until hot, bubbly and cheese melts, 45 minutes.
