  • milk - 2 c
  • flour - 2 Tbsp
  • margarine - 2 Tbsp
  • Ritz crackers
  • head cabbage - 1 item
  • cheese 4 slices - 1 c
  • Topping:1 stick margarine, melt

How to make cabbage casserole:

Topping:1 stick margarine, melt1 1/2 pkg. Ritz crackers Cook and drain head of cabbage. Put in baking dish. Mix remaining ingredients; pour over cabbage.

Topping: Melt margarine and crumble crackers; mix a little in the cabbage mixture. Sprinkle the rest over top of casserole. Bake at 350° until brown, 20 to 30 minutes.
