- milk - 2 c
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- margarine - 2 Tbsp
- Ritz crackers
- head cabbage - 1 item
- cheese 4 slices - 1 c
- Topping:1 stick margarine, melt
How to make cabbage casserole:
Topping:1 stick margarine, melt1 1/2 pkg. Ritz crackers Cook and drain head of cabbage. Put in baking dish. Mix remaining ingredients; pour over cabbage.Topping: Melt margarine and crumble crackers; mix a little in the cabbage mixture. Sprinkle the rest over top of casserole. Bake at 350° until brown, 20 to 30 minutes.
