  • shredded Mozzarella cheese - 8 oz
  • sweet pepper, chopped - 1 item
  • small onion, chopped optional - 1 item
  • small head cabbage, cut in bite size pieces - 1 item
  • can cream of golden mushroom soup - 1 item

How to make cabbage casserole:

Cut cabbage in bite size pieces; cook in saltwater until soft. Drain and put in baking dish. Heat soup (do not add water to soup). Chop sweet pepper and onion with dash of black pepper. Pour over cabbage. Top with Mozzarella cheese. Bake in 350° oven until it bubbles.
