Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- sour cream - 1 c
- butter or margarine - 1/2 c
- ground beef
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- green pepper, chopped - 1 item
- large onion, chopped - 1 item
- medium size cabbage - 1 item
How to make cabbage and noodles:
Brown ground beef with onion and green pepper. Drain meat. Cook noodles as directed on package. Shred cabbage (not too thin). Saute cabbage in butter until tender. Do not overcook. Fold in beef mixture, noodles and sour cream with cabbage. Simmer on low heat for about 15 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Main dish, One Dish meal.
