Butterscotch torte

- cream cheese - 1 (8
- crushed pecans - 3/4 c
- powdered sugar
- self-rising flour
- cold milk - 3 c
- 1/2 sticks margarine - 1 item
- small tub Cool Whip - 1 item
- instant pudding mix any flavor - 2 pkg
How to make butterscotch torte:
Beat together flour and margarine; add pecans and press into pan. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Cool.Combine cream cheese, powdered sugar and small tub Cool Whip. Spread on cooled crust.
Mix instant pudding mix and cold milk; pour on top of cream cheese. Chill.
Top with Cool Whip. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup crushed pecans. Use 2 small tubs Cool Whip or 1 large, divided.
