  • brown sugar - 3/4 c

  • cornstarch - 4 Tbsp
  • boiling water - 1/4 c
  • pie crust - 1 item
  • caramel syrup - 3 Tbsp
  • Add caramel syrup

How to make butterscotch pie:

Combine cornstarch, brown sugar, salt and milk; bring to a boil. Add caramel syrup. Gradually cook until mixture thickens. Add egg yolks and cook until thick. Add butter and vanilla. Pour into pie crust and chill.Caramel Syrup:1/4 c. sugar1/4 c. boi
