Ingredients/Components
- vanilla
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- brown sugar - 3/4 C
- eggs, separated - 3 item
- stick butter - 1/2 item
- white sugar - 1/4 C
- Half & Half milk
How to make butterscotch pie:
Mix sugars and flour together in pan. Beat egg yolks and add half & half. Add this to sugar mixture. Add half stick butter. Cook and stir until thick. Add vanilla and let cool. Pour into 8 inch pie shell and top with meringue.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
