  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • brown sugar - 1 c
  • butter - 2 Tbsp
  • cornstarch - 8 Tbsp
  • water - 1 c

How to make butterscotch pie:

Mix sugar and cornstarch. Add yolks of eggs to paste. Add water gradually. Boil. Add butter and vanilla. Fill baked pie shell. Top with meringue and brown in a 325° oven for 20 minutes.
