Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- brown sugar - 1 c
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- cornstarch - 8 Tbsp
- water - 1 c
How to make butterscotch pie:
Mix sugar and cornstarch. Add yolks of eggs to paste. Add water gradually. Boil. Add butter and vanilla. Fill baked pie shell. Top with meringue and brown in a 325° oven for 20 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
