  • graham cracker crumbs - 2 c
  • cream cheese - 8 oz
  • chopped pecans - 1 c
  • milk - 3 c
  • sticks margarine - 2 item
  • powdered sugar - 1 c
  • boxes instant pudding butterscotch - 2 item

How to make butterscotch dessert:

Cream together graham cracker crumbs, butter and pecans. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes; cool.

Cream together the cream cheese, powdered sugar and half of Cool Whip. Spread over cooled graham crackers.

Mix pudding in milk and mix. Spread over second layer. Top with remaining Cool Whip.
