Ingredients/Components
- peanut butter - 1 c
- 12 oz - 1 pkg
- Rice Krispies cereal - 6 c
How to make butterscotch crispies:
Melt over hot (not boiling) water, butterscotch chips and peanut butter. Stir until morsels melt and mixture is smooth. Transfer butterscotch mixture to large bowl. Add rice cereal; mix well. Press mixture into aluminum foil lined 13 x 9-inch pan. Chill in refrigerator until firm (about 1 hour). Cut into 1 1/2-inch squares.
