Butternut squash souffle
Ingredients/Components
- chopped pecans - 1/2 c
- vanilla extract - 1 tsp
- coconut - 1/2 c
- raisins - 1/2 c
- margarine - 1/4 c
- beaten eggs - 2 item
- lemon extract - 1 tsp
- sugar to taste - 1 item
- marshmallows optional - 1 item
- cooked butternut squash, mashed - 3 c
How to make butternut squash souffle:
Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Put into greased baking dish and bake 45 minutes at 325° until light brown and firm. Marshmallows may then be put on top and lightly browned. Serves 6. Double recipe for 12 and bake in 9 x 13-inch casserole.Recipe categories: Low protein, Low sodium, Low fat.
