Butternut squash souffle
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1 c
- ginger - 1/2 tsp
- crushed Ritz crackers - 1 item
- stick melted margarine - 1 item
- mashed butternut squash, cooked - 2 3
How to make butternut squash souffle:
Combine spices and sugar. Add to squash. Beat eggs and add to squash. Add milk and margarine. Stir in vanilla. Bake at 350°, uncovered, for 30 minutes. Cover with crushed Ritz crackers and bake until set, another 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Low protein, Low sodium, Low fat.
