Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- eggs - 2 item
- chopped pecans - 1/4 c
- packed brown sugar - 1/4 c
- vanilla extract - 1 tsp
- margarine, softened - 1/3 c
- crisp rice cereal
- margarine, melted - 2 Tbsp
- can evaporated milk - 1 oz
- mashed, cooked butternut squash - 2 c
How to make butternut squash bake:
Topping:1/2 c. crisp rice cereal1/4 c. packed brown sugar1/4 c. chopped pecans2 Tbsp. margarine, melted In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. Beat in eggs, milk and vanilla. Stir in squash (mixture will be thin). Pour into a greased 11 x 7Recipe categories: Low sodium, Side dish, Vegetables.
