Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 4 item
- self-rising flour - 1/2 c
- Crisco - 1/2 c
- cake flour
- Crisco shortening - 1 c
- canned milk - 1/4 c
- sweet milk - 1 c
- butternut flavoring - 1 Tbsp
- Add eggs; mix well
How to make butternut pound cake:
Cream Crisco and sugar for 7 minutes at high speed. Add eggs; mix well. Add flavoring, flour and milk. Bake at 325° for 1 hour or until done.Icing:3 c. powdered sugar1/2 c.
