  • Crisco - 1 c
  • sticks margarine - 2 item
  • sugar
  • eggs - 8 item
  • flour
  • cream of tartar - 1/4 tsp
  • butternut flavoring - 1/2 tsp
  • flaked coconut - 1 c

How to make butternut pound cake:

Have ingredients at room temperature. Cream the sugar, margarine and Crisco. Add cream of tartar, flour, flavoring and coconut. Mix well. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 325° in a greased, floured pan.
