Ingredients/Components
- Crisco - 1 c
- eggs - 4 item
- flour - 3 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- sugar - 2 c
- buttermilk - 1 c
- soda - 1/2 tsp
- baking powder - 1/2 tsp
- lemon extract - 1 tsp
- Country Crock margarine
- powdered sugar - 1 c
- milk to mix - 1 item
How to make buttermilk pound cake:
Glaze:1 Tbsp. Country Crock margarine1 c. powdered sugar milk (to mix) Put all ingredients in large mixing bowl; stir with spoon for 3 minutes. Pour in greased (or use Baker's Joy spray) Bundt pan. Place in oven, then turn oven at 300°. Bake 1 hour or test with toothpick. When cool, glaze.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, For large groups.
