  • eggs - 4 item
  • flour - 3 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • sugar - 2 c
  • buttermilk - 1 c
  • soda - 1/2 tsp
  • baking powder - 1/2 tsp
  • lemon extract - 1 tsp
  • Country Crock margarine
  • powdered sugar - 1 c
  • milk to mix - 1 item

How to make buttermilk pound cake:

Glaze:1 Tbsp. Country Crock margarine1 c. powdered sugar milk (to mix) Put all ingredients in large mixing bowl; stir with spoon for 3 minutes. Pour in greased (or use Baker's Joy spray) Bundt pan. Place in oven, then turn oven at 300°. Bake 1 hour or test with toothpick. When cool, glaze.
