Buttermilk pie



  • sugar
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • flour - 3 Tbsp
  • buttermilk - 1/2 c
  • margarine - 1/2 c
  • whole eggs - 3 item

How to make buttermilk pie:

Cream margarine; beat in sugar and flour. Add beaten eggs, vanilla and buttermilk. Blend together and pour into a deep 9-inch unbaked pie shell. Bake at 400° for 10 minutes; reduce heat to 350° and bake 30 minutes more or until done.
