Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- flour - 3 tsp
- melted butter - 1/4 c
- 9-inch pie shell - 1 item
- lemon extract - 1 tsp
- can coconut - 1 item
- thick buttermilk - 1 c
How to make buttermilk pie:
Mix sugar, flour, eggs and butter. Add buttermilk; mix real good. Fold in vanilla, lemon extract and coconut. Pour in 9-inch pie shell. Bake at 425° for 10 minutes.
