Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 4 item
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- buttermilk - 2/3 c
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- stick butter - 1 item
- vanilla, plus a drop of almond extract - 1 tsp
- 2 frozen pie shells - 1 pkg
How to make buttermilk pie:
Stir 2 tablespoons flour into the sugar. Cream in butter. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each time. Add buttermilk, vanilla, almond extract and salt; mix well. Pour into 2 pie shells.
