Buttermilk pie



  • sugar
  • eggs - 3 item
  • cornstarch
  • buttermilk - 1 c
  • butter, melted - 1/2 c

How to make buttermilk pie:

Cook crust in the oven. Put all the ingredients in a pan; mix them up and cook them on top of stove until thick. Pour them into the already cooked pie crust. Beat egg whites until stiff; brown in oven. This is the best pie; we really love it.

Melt the butter before you put it in with the other ingredients.
