Buttermilk pie



  • sugar - 2 c
  • eggs - 3 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • flour
  • buttermilk - 1 c
  • margarine - 1/2 c

How to make buttermilk pie:

Soften margarine at room temperature. Add sugar and cream together. Add flour and eggs; beat well. Stir in butter, milk and vanilla. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake 45 to 50 minutes at 350°.
