Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 2 c
  • eggs - 3 item
  • flour
  • buttermilk - 1 c
  • lemon extract - 1 Tbsp
  • stick melted butter or margarine - 1 item
  • 8-inch pastry shells - 2 item

How to make buttermilk pie:

Mix all ingredients and pour into shells. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until set. Let cool in oven overnight before serving.
