Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- flour - 3 Tbsp
- buttermilk - 1 c
- eggs, beaten - 3 item
- stick margarine, melted - 1 item
- 9-inch unbaked pie crust - 1 item
How to make buttermilk pie:
In large bowl, combine sugar and flour. Blend well. Stir in buttermilk, add beaten eggs, margarine and vanilla. Beat until well blended. Pour into unbaked crust. Bake at 350° for 60 minutes or until firm when tested in the center.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
