  • sugar - 2 c
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • buttermilk - 1 c
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • nuts - 1 c
  • white corn syrup - 2 Tbsp
  • 1/2 sticks butter - 1 item

How to make buttermilk fudge:

Mix in a 6-quart saucepan. Cook until soft ball stage on a candy thermometer. Cool until just warm. Beat well. Add nuts and vanilla. Pour into buttered pan. Cut when firm.
