- sugar - 2 c
- flour - 2 c
- water - 1 c
- soda - 1 tsp
- cocoa - 4 Tbsp
- buttermilk - 1/2 c
- stick butter - 1 item
- salad oil - 1/2 c
- slightly beaten eggs - 2 item
How to make buttermilk brownies:
Combine sugar and flour in a large bowl; set aside. Place butter, salad oil, cocoa and water in saucepan and bring to a boil for 1 minute. Pour over sugar and flour and mix well. Stir in buttermilk, soda and eggs. Pour into 11 x 17-inch pan. Bake at 375° for 20 minutes.Recipe categories: Cookie and brownie, Bar cookie, Brownies.
