Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 6 Tbsp
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 2 tsp
- flour - 1 item
- cake yeast - 1 item
- lukewarm water - 1 c
- butter flavor shortening - 1/4 c
How to make butterhorn rolls:
Scald 1 cup milk and sugar, salt and shortening; cool. Add yeast to water. Add beaten egg and 1 cup flour. Add 1 cup flour and beat well. Add enough flour for soft dough. Mix well.
