Buttercream frosting
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2 Tbsp
- vanilla extract - 1 Tbsp
- box confectioners sugar - 1 lb
- softened butter - 3/4 c
How to make buttercream frosting:
In small bowl with electric mixer on low speed, blend butter and 1/2 of confectioners sugar. Gradually add milk, vanilla and remaining confectioners sugar.
