Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- chopped nuts - 3/4 c
- flour
- confectioners sugar - 1/2 c
- soft butter - 1 c
How to make butterballs:
Mix butter, sugar and vanilla until fluffy. Stir in flour and salt at once. Mix in nuts. Form into 1-inch balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake until set, but not brown at 400° for 10 to 12 minutes. While still warm, roll in powdered sugar. When cold, roll again in sugar.Recipe categories: < 15 mins, Drinks, Cocktails.
