Buster bar dessert
Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chocolate chips - 2/3 c
- powdered sugar - 2 c
- whipped cream - 1 item
- Spanish peanuts - 1 pkg
- sticks oleo - 2 item
- can evaporated milk - 1 oz
- Oreo cookies - 1 pkg
- softened vanilla ice cream - 1/2 gal
How to make buster bar dessert:
Crumble cookies (best if cold) and reserve 1/2 cup for top. Melt 1 stick oleo. Mix with rest of cookies and pat into 9 x 13-inch pan. Put 1/2 gallon softened ice cream over crust. Top with 1 package Spanish peanuts. Freeze.Boil 1 stick oleo, chocolate chips, powdered sugar, evaporated milk and vanilla for 3 minutes in a saucepan. Cool. Pour over bottom. Freeze overnight. Top with whipped cream and rest of Oreo cookie crumbs.
