Burrito casserole
Ingredients/Components
- hamburger - 1 lb
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- tomatoes, chopped - 3 item
- taco seasoning - 1 pkg
- small carton sour cream - 1 item
- lettuce, chopped - 1 item
- shredded Colby or Cheddar cheese - 1 item
- small flour tortillas - 1 pkg
- small can refried beans - 1 item
- small can brown gravy - 1 item
- small can mild enchilada sauce - 1 item
How to make burrito casserole:
Place tortilla shells on bottom of a greased 9 X 13 pan until covered. Brown hamburger, drain and add taco seasoning as package directs. Add beans to burger mix, and mix well. Spread beans/meat mixture over tortillas. Spread with sour cream. Sprinkle on a layer of each: lettuce, tomatoes, onions & cheese. Top with another layer of shells. Mix together gravy & enchilada sauce and pour over top of shells. Sprinkle on more cheese. Bake at 350° for 30-45 minutes.
