Ingredients/Components
- evaporated milk - 1/2 c
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 tsp
- ketchup - 1 Tbsp
- ground beef - 1 lb
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- seasoned stuffing mix - 1 c
How to make burger bundles:
Prepare stuffing according to package directions. Combine beef and evaporated milk. Divide meat mixture into 5 patties. On waxed paper, flatten each to a 6-inch circle. Spoon 1/4 cup stuffing in center of each. Draw edges over stuffing and seal. Place in 1 1/2-quart casserole. In saucepan, combine soup, ketchup and Worcestershire sauce. Heat until it bubbles. Pour over meat. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes. Makes 5 servings.Recipe categories: Main dish, Ground beef, Beef.
