Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- stick margarine - 1 item
- stick butter - 1 item
- graham crackers - 1 item
How to make bulldog brittle:
Line a cookie sheet with foil. Cover bottom of lined cookie sheet with whole graham crackers. Cover bottom good with crackers. Sprinkle pecans over crackers. Melt the stick of butter and margarine in boiler; when melted, add sugar and boil for 2 minutes, no longer, then pour over pecans and crackers. Bake at 325° for 12 to 15 minutes. Cool.
